In questo Brut Blanc de Blancs la maison Delamotte riversa tutta il savoir faire di una grande tradizione vitivinicola iniziata addirittura nel 1760. La vinificazione in acciaio conserva tutte le caratteristiche del terroir in questo ottimo champagne. L’affinamento sui lieviti per oltre 36 mesi esalta le caratteristiche dello Chardonnay. Il risultato è un Blanc de Blancs straordinario.
