Molto importante \u00e8 stata in questa annata una precoce e tempestiva \u00abpulizia\u00bb dei terreni sotto fila dei germogli nei pedoni e del cordone, per contenere al massimo i potenziali accumuli e proliferazione di patogeni \u2013 crittogame, peronospora in prima. Il nostro lavoro manuale a contenimento dello sviluppo vegetativo \u00e8 stato importante, con vari passaggi di selezione ed arieggiamento dei grappoli, vi \u00e8 stata poi un\u2019importante selezione dei grappoli. Al momento della vendemmia le uve presentavano una buona integrit\u00e0 di buccia con un buon equilibrio dei valori analitici. Molto buona, distinta in questa annata, la fragranza del frutto e la carica aromatica, giusto il rapporto tannico \u2013 antocianico estraibile rispetto al potenziale"}
