Raccolto del 2015 distillato l\u2019anno dopo, ha passato quattro anni di maturazione suddiviso tra botti ex bourbon (Jack Daniel\u2019s), botti vergini americane, ex Vin Doux Naturel e botti di quercia francese venendo imbottigliato nel 2020 in 9.000 esemplari.  L\u2019influsso del vino \u00e8 ben evidente al naso, con sentori di mosto e uva prominenti su fragolina di bosco, lampone, lychees, tiglio e limone, con una venatura ferrosa di fondo. Pi\u00f9 affilato al palato, con un calore avvolgente dalla gradevole pepatura che sostiene sentori fruttati. Finale abbastanza lungo di nocciola, pesca, limone, cereali.  &nbsp;"}
