The bottle prices include 22% VAT and in the case of not recent years wine the cost includes the state of the bottle, the level of the wine and possible label defects.
For every product, especially for vintage bottles applies the “viewed-liked” rule. The merchandise leaves our warehouse with ideal and suitable packaging for the transport of bottles. We decline any kind of responsibility for any kind of problem that may occur during transportation, inspect the goods immediately upon arrival and report any damages or deficiencies to the courier in the receipt. We recommend to always put “SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION” on the signature. We don’t accept subsequent reports.

If you would like an invoice insert all tax data and the SDI code and indicate on the invoice that INVOICE IS REQUIRED, otherwise the merchandise will arrive with a regular receipt.
The Order Processing Receipt does not constitute acceptance of the order. The conclusion of the contract takes place at the time of sending the Order Confirmation from the owner to the email address supplied from the user. The owner reserves the option to not confirm an order, communicating it to the user within 5 business days from the order entry, to the email address associated to the purchase, the unavailability of one or more purchased products or incorrect insertion of description, year or price. In this case the owner will provide the refund of the price and the cost of shipping incurred by the user.
